چکیده
Aspergillus niger KIJH was grown in solid and submerged fermentation using leaves roots (with without bark) of plants typically from Brazilian semiarid as substrate to produce a multienzymatic extract, which characterised for its potential biotechnological applications. Solid-state (SSF) applied select the most promising biomass induction substrates production hydrolytic enzymes by fungus. The best biomasses were used (SmF) assays at two scales. Samples up scale fermented culture partially purified ultrafiltration activity pH temperature stability CMCase xylanase evaluated. A. produced under SSF containing unconventional semiarid. In SmF conditions, maximum (0.264 U mL-1) (1.163 activities induced Jacaratia corumbensis. Scaling 500 mL medium able maintain constant (0.346 (1.273 on culture. Ultrafiltered concentrated extract presented practically all ranges (30-80°C) (3.0-9.0), while optimum 50°C range 3.0 5.0. remained stable 24 hours reduced 53% after incubation same temperature. obtained cultivated J. corumbensis carbon source may have application biotechnology processes that require remain active routine extreme conditions.

Xylanase Production under Solid State Fermentation by Aspergillus niger
Central composite orthogonal design was applied to quantify relations of xylanase production, loss of dry matter and change of pH with four critical variables during solid state fermentation of a mixture of wheat bran and wheat straw on which Aspergillus niger CCUG 33991 was cultivated. The studied variables included the percentage of wheat straw, temperature, moisture content, and fermentati...
متن کاملSolid State Fermentation for Production of Chitosan by Aspergillus Niger
The effect of Solid State Fermentation (SSF) on Chitosan production by A. niger was investigated. A. niger BBRC 20004 from Biochemical and Bioenvironmental Research Centre of Sharif University of Technology (Tehran, Iran), was grown on corn residue. Chitosan was extracted from the fungal mycelia using hot alkaline and acid treatment. A. niger was incubated for 12 days on corn residue with moist...
متن کاملProduction of cellulose by Aspergillus niger under submerged and solid state fermentation using coir waste as a substrate
Aspergillus niger was used for cellulase production in submerged (SmF) and solid state fermentation (SSF). The maximum production of cellulase was obtained after 72 h of incubation in SSF and 96 h in Smf. The CMCase and FPase activities recorded in SSF were 8.89 and 3.56 U per g of dry mycelial bran (DBM), respectively. Where as in Smf the CMase & FPase activities were found to be 3.29 and 2.3 ...
متن کاملProduction of Glucoamylase by Aspergillus Niger under Solid State Fermentation
In this study, Glucoamylase production by Aspergillus niger was investigated under solid state fermentation using low cost by-products of agricultural processes as substrate. Highest enzyme production was observed when a combination of wheat bran (WB) and corn flour (CF) was used as compared to WB+ rice bran, WB+ rice flour and WB alone. Several compositions of corn flours were experimented. Th...
متن کاملImprovement of tannase production under submerged fermentation by Aspergillus niger FBT1 isolated from a mangrove forest
Aspergillus niger FBT1, a local extracellular strain for tannase production, was isolated from soil collected from Matang Mangrove Forest Reserve in Perak, Malaysia. This fungus strain was cultivated in an Erlenmeyer flask under a submerged fermentation system. Medium compositions play a very important role in enhancing enzyme production during fermentation. The production of tannase by A. nige...
